Katherine is a Principal in the Hg Genesis team, focusing on investments in B2B software with a focus on Healthcare, Industrial, and compliance software. Her portfolio includes Intelerad (board member) and Norstella (board member) and has been involved in the Azets and Allocate Software boards. Her other investments include HHAExchange, Caseware, Silverfin and Allocate Software.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2018, Katherine worked at McKinsey in the Corporate Finance and Pharmaceutical and Medical Products practice. She founded and sold an education services consultancy called Wentworth Education, to Ivy Education in 2021. Katherine graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class degree in Natural Sciences, earned an MBBS (MD) from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’s Medical School, and spent two years studying Computer Science / Mathematics at Princeton University prior to her undergraduate.
