Litera is one of the clearest examples yet of the agentic engineering shift underway across Hg's portfolio, where the companies furthest along are seeing engineers produce roughly 2.5x the output of a year ago.

Eighteen months ago, Litera's CTO Greg Ingino set out to double the productivity of the company's entire R&D team within a year. The team got there in under twelve months - and hasn't slowed down since.
